Hired Mr. Bouschor to represent in a mediation. The mediation did not work. Mr. Bouschor did not recommend any further action. He never communicated any ideas, plans or suggest anything to resolve our family problems. About a year later, met with him again about the ongoing problems. He accused me of not settling the problem at the time of mediation, yet he was the one who never gave any clear direction or counsel. Charged $8000+ for the mediation and then another $200 to accuse me for his neglect. Would not recommend this attorney. Poor decisive skills and communication.
