Ms. John and her associates are phenomenal: professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable (while still managing to explain the process and translate the legalese). Shelly took the time to ensure that my children remained our first priority and has gone well above and beyond from minute one.

I have been trying to find an attorney for weeks now and everybody seems to just want to take my info and not call me back and the closest I got was to getting an appointment with this attorney for Monday at 1 p.m. but the receptionist stated she wouldn't speak to me unless I filled out an intake form I told the receptionist I wasn't comfortable with filling out an intake form at the moment because I keep giving everyone information and no one's calling me back or getting back to me she told me that the form is required which realistically doesn't make sense to me because an attorney should know that I'm not required to fill out anything but if that's the way this attorney wants to run the business no problem I need to look elsewhere because already my needs are not being understood. it's a shame that I haven't even had the opportunity to work with the attorney directly and I'm already being turned away for asking to speak with someone first before filling out any paperwork, if the consultation is free why can't I speak to someone why do I have to fill something out first, that doesn't make sense. I really hope the attorney still calls me Monday at 1 but I highly doubt it. I'm willing to change my review if I can speak to someone but it's not right that I'm being required to fill out paperwork when I don't even know if I'm going to hire this office yet. Thanks anyway. For the record I called Saturday at 1:10 p.m. October 12. I hope that the attorney actually reads this and review because that reception is is actually fettering business away, if it were my office I would still at the very least speak to the potential client.... Maybe ask for info as we are speaking but no matter the receptionist is doing a great job of turning people away for you.

Very upset and unsatisfied with Shelly and her assistant's services. Shelly gave me horrible legal advice and I paid her to basically have nothing benefit me or my children. She came highly recommended to by one of my best friends. I am kicking myself every day for hiring her. I wish I would have had an attorney appointed to me. If you are a single mom going through divorce and child custody and want to do what is best for your family. Let the courts appoint an attorney to you. I'm positive your outcome will be much better than hiring your own attorney. I feel like I am at square one with more stress now and no money left to hire anyone to help me as I gave Shelly all I had.

Amazing results!! I am so thankful for the team of Shelly Jean John and Stephen John and their excellent partnership as they managed my case to end the alimony payments to the ex-spouse.
