Met with this attorney in April 2018. Over the next four months I made seven phone calls to obtain an update with no response. Finally Spoke to him in August. At this time he was requiring more money then was initially agreed upon. This attorney was very unprofessional, unorganized, and gave no consideration to his clients. I do not know how he expects to stay in business with this level of performance.

Always very helpful, efficient, timely with docments, fair in price! East to talk to and explains with patience. Would not go to anyone else for legal matters.

Excellent. Working with clients and all of their nasty troubles is harder than hard and these fine people do it well every day, especially the paralegals, they always smiling. No one is ever perfect but I have always been treated with respect. I've used their expertise before and they were honest and straightforward with me and my family. For people who say they aren't honest, evidently they didnt read the paperwork they were given or listen to the advice. I will use them again, no problems there.

Dealing with Attorneys is a real task. No one knows how much time one spends on your case. They can charge you almost anything and you would never know if they are charging you fairly or not.

Whenever you get a check refunding part of your retainer, you are dealing with honest people.

Rivertown, is honest, hardworking, and dedicated. If I felt otherwise, I'd say otherwise.

Terrible! Just terrible! He can spend your retainer but can drop off the grid for weeks at a time until there is no remedy. When we asked for the remainder of our retainer back, it took him four months. I don't trust him. I would not use him again. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I was hit with a child custody fight 8 days after my daughter was born. I had 5 days to find an Attorney and my aunt gave Me Mr. Brad Smiths name. he made time for me to come see me and told me up front getting custody of my daughter would be almost impossible but we will try our best. 11/2 years later,and a lot of hard work I got primary custody of my daughter and he did the impossible. His staff is the best and you will not be dissapointed
