I used David for a follow-up to my divorce. I used him upon recommendation of another attorney through a friend. He was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Always do your research before hiring a lawyer and don't try to save money up front.

Went to discuss a current family situation with this individual and he is pompous, judgmental, rarely lets you speak and likes to talk about how smart he is by giving you his resume.

Worst part... I walked away feeling like I might as well forget about defending myself and that everything I had done, before seeing him was wrong. I ended the meeting because I could not take anymore, he became defensive, I walked out...he kept my 103 dollars.

Steer clear....he will not listen to you. He likes the sound of his own voice to much.

I hired Mr Yokel to help with my child support case and to help me get my NC Insurance License released. Well after a year of no results all I got for my money was a confirmation that I owed child support. He told me since my license was in NC I needed to hire a NC attorney to get that fixed. I hired a child support advocate located in California to help me out. They were able in 4 months to get my license released in Spartanburg county where the case originated. Ironically where Mr Yokel works. I was treated like a deadbeat dad and had to send multiple emails to get any updates. I guess its hard to update when you havent done anything. So if you dont want to spend money to confirm what you already know. I would not waste my time or money here.
