The options of my son's case appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. Unjust accusations were made against my son and officers who were unfair in the investigation and quick to make an arrest, Attorney Olsinski was willing to bring up in court the fact that the arresting officer had publicly made racial slurs toward a certain race. My son was facing habitual status, registering as a sex offender and nearly 20 years in prison for crimes he did not commit. There are very few attorneys willing to take a case to trial, especially one in which the prosecutor is stacking the odds against the defendant. Attorney Olsinski was willing to take the case to trial. My son went to trial and was found not guilty of all the felony charges and will not have that sex offender and habitual status attached to him. Attorney Olsinski was awesome to work with.

I cannot say enough about this practice. I hired them twice (errr) for speeding tickets and not only had great outcomes on the tickets, but an overal good experience. They are very easy to work with and I strongly recommend them.

Customer Service was great. I did not like the fact that I had to put so much money down and when the funds were not used I had to wait so much longer to get it back. I understand you all must have several clients but one client is not more important than another one. I think returning calls promptly would make the experience more pleasant.

Terrible. Go with attorney Jason Reece! Just hung up with Olsinski Law Firm. I initially called because I wanted to get another lawyers insight on my case. A very pleasant woman assisted me and I informed her I wanted to speak directly with an attorney. She said that would be fine but she needed to get more information - now on the advertisement for legal services I received it specified being able to speak directly with an attorney at any time. I acquiesced and told her my goals for calling. I then asked a 2nd time to speak directly with any attorney and I was put in hold. Once she returned the very pleasant assistant informed me that she had talked with an attorney and because I had previously paid for legal services on this matter the attorney would not take my call - neglecting the fact that their is a whole new court date ahead and fees for that have yet to be paid! To make matters worse, when I went to explain the lack in communication in regards to payment I was interrupted by - and I can’t stress this enough, the very pleasant assistant, and put on hold again because someone knocked...

I have now found fantastic representation with a great attorney Jason Reece, I suggest giving him a call on such matters. His presence alone spoke volumes of his dedication to his clientele and his willingness to listen.

Eddie Meeks was terrible. Gave wrong court dates and times, would ask u to ‘resend’ information that u already provided and charge u for it even tho he originally misplaced it, he would charge u for : emails that never happened, emails giving u the wrong court info, phone calls that never happened, etc. tried changing my total costs and saying I signed off on the price increase yet my copy didn’t have any edits and their copy had no updated signature to approve their “edits”. He even charged me saying he showed up to court (the wrong court time he told) yet he was NEVER there (I was in court all day to avoid any no shows). He also would just let ur case sit and not work on it until u asked for an update a month or 2 later I had to let the assistant know all this and threatened to take him to court and report him.....within a day all bogus charges were voided! Hope this firm let him go!

I never imagined being in handcuffs in the back of a police car, under arrest, for DWI. I consider myself a respectable, law-abiding citizen.
