I received my first ticket ever driving on the way to the mountains this winter. I had no knowledge of the county I received the ticket in, but a friend of a friend recommended me Mr. Welborn and my case was put into good hands. He reduced a hefty speeding ticket on my behalf and I would recommend him to anyone, because of his expertise and professionalism in handling my case.

Jon Welborn is a genius! My case was completely dismissed because of Jon's experience and deep knowledge of the legal system. He was pleasant and very easy to work. He suggested we wait to gather all the evidence, and that turned out to be a great move. Regularly provided updates before court dates and worked with the police station to get all the information to support my case. I would call on him again without hesitation if I ever needed a lawyer.

I was in a single vehicle accident in 2011 where I was charge with a DUI/RECKLESS INTENT AND DRIVING LEFT OF CENTER. Jon represented me in district court. The Judge and DA seemed to be jesting to one another through out the trial. The Judge gave a guilty verdict. I was not guilty and Jon told me that he didn't think that a jury would find me guilty. A guilty verdict would have been devastating to my business and income. I was guilty of reckless driving and I did go left of center but I was not impaired. At the crash site a blood draw was forced on me and traces of muscle relaxer and antidepressant was found in my blood. Jon stuck by me through a seven year three month period of this case being laid over for one reason or another. Finally jury trial week came. The DA put on one more show having 12 pages of wrote up documents that she called states evidence. State trooper, SBI lab tech, and a CVS pharmacist all testified for the state. Jon cross examined each witness vigorously. When the state rested, thru Jon's advise my wife nor myself testified and we rested without calling anyone to testify on my behave. Again the DA put on one more show for her closing argument . Then it was big Jon's turn and I don't think Perry Mason or Matlock could have done better. Jon single handedly defended me ,without anyone else speaking one word for me. Jury returned a not guilty verdict for the DUI and guilty for the reckless/driving left of center, which I was guilty of. Jon wellborn is an excellent attorney and was God sent to me. Jon got me justice. I thank the LORD for Jon Welborn. This attorney didn't treat me like just another client, he treated me as friend.

The secretary who helped me over the phone was very pleasant and helpful and I appreciated very much that I was kept informed quickly and efficiently about my traffic violation via the website portal. My only complaint would be that in the letter I received I was told that if I used this firm there would be a small donation made to the charity of my choice on my behalf and that has not happened yet. My experience with Mr. Jon Welborn started off nice and pleasant initially.
After I paid him twenty five hundred dollars for a divorce, he stopped taking my calls and responding to emails.
At that time in my life, I looked for Mr. Welborn to help guide me through divorce process so that I could move on.
The last time I heard from Mr. Welborn, he was supposed to issue some of my money back.
I am a black male and really want this to be resolved. I challenge Mr. Welborn to fix this matter.
I find it very concerning that an attorney like Mr. Welborn would just take my money without rendering adequate services.

Jon is an excellent attorney! He represented me for a traffic ticket (85 in a 70) when I was passing through NC on may way to Colorado. I got the ticket July 2 & the court date was scheduled for September 6, and it was mandatory appearance (anything in NC over 80 is mandatory court). The NCHP officer wouldn't budge on the 15mph over the speed limit either... but luckily, I came across Welborn Law Firm when googling traffic citation attorneys in Davie County... he was at the top of the search, and I see why!

We scheduled a pre-call to determine the next steps, potential costs, etc. Jon was both very personable & knowledgeable, and he advised he'd likely be able to get it reduced to Improper Equipment, but no guarantees. Didn't require any in-person meeting; he just sent me the invoice via their web portal & I paid online to confirm his representation for my traffic citation. He successfully got my ticket reduced to Improper Equipment in court last Friday, and I now don't incur any points on my license because Jon provided such fine legal representation!! YAY!

Jon represented my daughter for a DWI charge. Good guy, but I thought he could have done a better job of "cross examination" during the trial. There were several issues that were questionable in my opinion, but no, or very little argument was presented. Her blood alcohol registered quite a bit below the legal limit, but she still lost her license for a year. There could have been other variables that resulted in the basis for the decision, but I feel like we very possibly could have gotten the same result without legal representation.

Highly recommend! Received numerous solicitations after a traffic ticket. John was fairly priced and his web portal gave me the freedom of submitting everything to him that he needed on my time. I submitted my initial information, received a quote, paid, and never had to give anything a second thought. After the court appearance he made on my behalf he sent a brief summary and instruction to pay the court. Initial speeding charge was reduced to a non moving violation saving me well more than his fee in the long run.

I never had to speak with him via phone or in person. We exchanged briefly via email in which he was prompt and informative in his replies. I hope to not need to, but would not hesitate to use him again. Would recommend to family and friends!

Highly recommend using Jon for traffic violations. I live 2 hours from Mocksville and was on my way to Raliegh and got a ticket for doing 95 in a 70 and reckless driving on I-40. I didn't have to go to Mocksville to do anything he did everything online. He got my speeding ticket completely dismissed and was only charged with reckless driving and I still have my license. Also very quick at responding to any questions you may have.

I have had Jon handle a couple of tickets for me. It was the easiest process I have ever seen. I drop the ticket off, pay and get letter that it was reduced or dismissed. Welborn Law will be handling all my legal matters to come. I hope I don't need him.

Got in contact the first call... we talked and there's was a meeting so we couldn't go over anything much but he said he'd send out a email after the meeting. He did send the email and I called back to see all I needed to do and talk about payment or how much I was gonna owe. Well I call back... no response so I leave a message. Within the past 3 weeks I've called over 10 times and left messages at least 4 or 5 times. Unless there was a death or something, then that's sorry and disrespectful.

I never received a letter from this law firm, but I contacted the firm based on the reviews for my first speeding ticket. The secretary is kind and very helpful, but I have been waiting for a phone call back for over two weeks now.

Mr. Welborn has a thoroughly efficient practice. As an introvert (or a lazy person, take your pick) I love that most of the transactions and paperwork can be done through his web interface. That means no traveling to his office, no frittering away my day, etc.

He has a sense of humor, he's intelligent and cares about his community. And, bonus, he's a good lawyer.

Attorney Welborn was recommended to me by a co worker that had used his services before and I am glad that she did.
