After speaking with someone at this law firm, the price was high compared to other law firms that was similar to this. I didn’t choose this because while talking to them , there was some judgement in the conversation. All the good reviews were for only speaking tickets though lol.

I've used this law firm twice now, both for speeding tickets. The first was while out of state. I was unable to attend my court date personally so I chose to allow this firm to represent me. This one was dismissed for improper equipment. The next was about 2 years later. Since I had good results before, I chose to take the same route. Within 24hrs, they had called to tell me my case had been dropped.

For the price, they are one of the best I have encountered over the years. The front desk is very polite and helpful and answers any questions you have. You simply give them the details as it pertains to your case and they take it from there. It was as simple as pay and forget honestly. Not to mention they have payment options if you desire. They work with you the best they can and deliver. Would use them again.

I hired attorney Young recently for a child support case. I live out of state and received an email to show up for court date. Well after all people there who have attorney's are seen by the judge (they try to get them done first ) my attorney was not present. Apparently there was a miscommunication and she was going to get my case continued because she was in court in Sanford nc but I was not notified until I called her office to ask where she was at. Very unprofessional. She was prepared upon showing up at 2pm and made a great case, but after paying the firm 750$ to try for a reduction child support was raised by 10$ a month. Had she showed up on time maybe the outcome would have been different but I can't say. This is my personal experience.

I worked with Attorney Young and Ann, her paralegal on a divorce and child custody dispute for over a three year period. All the staff were professional, understanding, and very helpful. The cost was reasonable and fair across the Fayetteville area. I have witnessed Attorney Young on several occasions on my case and on other cases representing her clients. She is a bulldog who is very knowledgable, objective, and quick in the court room. Nothing gets by her.

Ms. Ann Young is a lawyer with compassion and she gives her all to her clients. She listens to you, she is ALWAYS on time in court. Anyone that has had to be in Family Court knows how long it can be and worse if the lawyer is not on time or prepared. Ms. Ann Young is the lawyer you need on your side. She returns calls and emails. She explains the cost. There was never a hidden fee. If I know of a friend or anyone that ask me for a lawyer, she is my choice.

I received a speeding ticket and was very pleased. There was a free consultation. There was a very polite and respectful staff. Reasonable fees. Mr. Delaney got my ticket taken care of with it not affecting my license or insurance.
I have also met with Ann Young. While I decided to go pro se she answered all of my questions and was very informative. I highly recommend this law firm.

Do not waster your time or money! After hiring them to handle a matter 13 years ago I find out, (now that I'm living in another state) that that matter was never cleared up. And now they just ignore me. Going to either have to hire another lawyer to figure out what wasn't done.

Retained for child custody. Atty Young is professional, driven, and repersented me to the utmost of her ability. I would highly recommend them to others and will do so in future. This firm is worth every single penny I paid. I am extremely satisfied.

A "justice retired" presumes to investigate without permission lifetime issues - then insult; condemn; judge as if sitting on bench rather than advocate for client. Worst experience in initial interview ever had. Boasted: NC supreme court justice circling his desk several times. Mad comparisons of numbers of under-educated clients coming to office. Then suddenly decides can't help me.Threatens me: "if I don't leave office in 3 seconds he will call police to have me removed." The mental status of this lawyer is questionable. Over simple traffic case . .. left feeling abused ...and manipulated.

Absolutely horrible. I contacted this firm for a child custody matter and was initially quoted one price for a consultation. The next day I was informed I was an "existing client" and required a higher fee. That was fine. I came to the firm today Friday November 20th to see Ms. Young, after gathering all of the information she requested in our consultation. And was met with attitude, rude comments and snide remarks from her legal assistant Ann. When I questioned why Ann had an issue she proceeded to tell me they were not taking my case and left the room. Mr Brady came to tell me they would not be taking my case and refused to explain to me why I'm the end simply stating "we choose not to". In my experience with the legal industry this is the worst. Do not waist your time or money on this firm.

The consultations we had with Mr. Brady were very friendly, cordial, and professional. He didn't come right out and say it, but it seems he likes military clients. He is a veteran Army officer himself.

I don't want to go into details, but we got a not guilty decision and Mr. Brady got it expunged from the records. Mr. Brady may be a little more expensive than other lawyers, but he gave us good results. He is a member of the good ol' boy system -- something you want in a defense lawyer.

We just did business with him again very recently, and had all charges dismissed. (Traffic offenses)
