From my initial consultation the staff attorney told me I had a valid case and I was then assigned to Mr. Brantley who is their Workers Comp specialist. His paralegal, Iliana, took my calls and addressed my daily concerns and set my medical appointments. My case lasted for 2 years and 9 months and at the end Mr. Brantley was able to negotiate a suitable settlement for me against a very difficult defendant.

I was disappointed with the handling of my case. I was hit by a DUI driver, crossed over the road, when down an embankment and landed in a field. Then the driver took off. My car was totaled. Very little was done for bodily injury after my car claim was settled. It would be months before I would hear a word from them. I would call or email to check the status of my case. I actually never met Attorney Smith. I have had to seek other council to get a fair settlement.

Great Firm, worked hard for me. During the process I had a small problem which they corrected to my satisfaction, in fact better then I expected! THey are the best you won't o wrong with them.

Unless you lost a limb or have a cut and dry case, be careful! Scott Scurfield destroyed my life. I became disabled from my accident, had temporary blindness and temporary paralysis, non stop seizures, brain damage, became disabled from the accident and so much more. He sat on my case until the last minute. Told me it was in my best interest to sign something stating I was of sound mind and body, when he knew I wasn't. He didn't get me lost wages, when I'm still unable to work 6 years later! What he got me was such a small amount I could've made that in just 2 months working! Instead I'm on a very small amount of disability. He made so many false promises. He never even checked to see how much the other party carried... that's required! The list goes on and on. I could sue him still since there have been more information that has been found. Anyone reading this with the same issues with him please keep in mind you can also report him to the board! He was very dismissive when I had questions (that my brain damaged mind couldn't grasp) so I might need to do just that.

Its been 2 years since I got rear ended. It was minor. I get it. That is why I went to get legal advice. Riddle and Brantley took the case. They referred me to their chiropractor. I get a call from the paralegal that is working my case. They cant even get half of my medical bills and lost wages. I have been turned into collections and will still owe thousands. Sad. After following their legal "advice" my credt will be ruined and still owe.

They made it personal, after being assigned my case manager, Leslie A Montufar from Riddle & Brantley.

She was able to keep me abreast of my case and made the experience so much easier. The company did what they said and they made it happen in a timely manner.

My Social Security Disputably started with another law firm. We went to court and loss. I fired them and came to Riddle & Brantley. the experienced was night and day. We went to court with in 20 months and won. The difference between the Attorneys, Well I did not talk to the first Attorney until the day of the hearing. After the hearing the Attorney Just left me Standing there. Now with Riddle & Brantley Catherine Brewer talk to me from day one she made sure that all the paper I filled out was correct and got all the documentation from the Doctors. she kept me calm during the waiting time. The Attorney Scott Scurfield He called me a week before the hearing and explained everything to on what is going to happen. He then doubled checked everything on the paper work with me. He showed up on time and again explained what was going to go on in court. we went into court and the Judge did his introduction asked me how I was doing. Looked at sum stuff on the computer. The said you know you have a good Attorney when the hearing is short. he approve my disputably Attorney Scurfield after the hearing explained what will happen next and if I had any questions to give him a call .

3/5 They helped my wife with a workers compensation claim. Their case managers are hit or miss. She went through two before getting someone competent. That was extremely frustrating and should never have happened. It definitely didn't help my wife feel better in a very stressful situation. I'm not sure where they found those people. Once we were able to work directly with Mr. Brantley things were much better. He was genuine, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve my wife's issue and we were happy with the outcome. Unfortunately by the time we were working directly with Mr. Brantley the case was in the process of being settled, so while we were happy with him it was still a little too late to change our earlier perception. I'd hesitate to consider them again but would consider it if I knew the case manager I was getting was competent.

There are NO words to express my gratitude to Molly, for her compassion and understanding when I contacted Riddle & Brantley in a desperate search for a law firm that would accept my case , 3 mos before statutes would expire on my personal injury case. It was the day before long Thanksgiving holiday weekend when I came in for my consult with Molly. She said she would take my large case file home with her to review in detail over the holiday, would contact me the following week to inform me if they would take on my case at such a late stage in the legal process or not. I had the worse experience with Riddle and Brantley, they are not organize when it comes to paperwork. I was in MVA and was told my check you be ready for pick up on a certain day, I called before the day she tell me I have to wait 30 additional days for medicaid to release a lien, mind you I do not receive medicaid also I Ms. Rosa addressed fo me a month before time My Balance with MEDICAID was 0$ MEDICAID was so many years ago. It is very unfair to treat clients as such. Then each time I cal no one is in office. They normally email back instead. I am highly upset I would not recommend this law office to anymore. Im sure it lack of knowledge of staff not the attorney.

First I’m far from disappointed!!! I was involved in an accident early October 2018. Involved Riddle & Brantley and was assured they would make sure they took care of me. I finished up my medical treatments by early February turned in all required docs on my end. I have dealt with 4 different representatives along with my attorney and have had that many different stories. I’ve called numerous of times, countless voicemails and etc. Even had to resend my docs more than once. I’ve been told my demand package had been sent even went a copy and would hear back within 30-60 days. Only to keep calling with the same lies. The only rep that has touched basis with me was Megan. I went from Candace, Jennifer, Leslie and now Megan. No it’s not Megan’s fault but communication is not a priority on their part. I’m very very disappointed and would not recommend them at all.

When I met with Mr Felix Martinez I just have him all my details of my case and they Tom car of everything else. I was called periodically to give me an update on my case. And they took care of my bills to the VA hospital as well. In closing my case they informed me of me final settlement and he the check would be given to me in the mail.And when my case changed to a different person handing my case I was informed. No complaints.

Lawyer Adam smith has disappointed my family. If he can no longer pursue your case he will stop answering your calls and emails. You will not here from your case worker either. Morgan will purposely not answer your calls or emails. If feel she could have easily told me Adam smith withdrew from my case. It’s sad he did this to my husband a whole year. I followed his from his last firm thinking he had integrity. Like a previous person said if you don’t have a big case it’s not worth pursuing it with this lawyer or company.
