They wanted to refer me to their Dr when I told them I already went for medical attention, and they said "YOU NEED to use who we refer you to if I want better results." So what if I don't use who they want me to use, they won't help me? yes that's how they made me feel. If you just got into a car accident don't even bother with this firm, I ended up going to different firm.

When I came into this office for the first time I was amazed by how nice everyone was. They all went out of their way to greet me and make me feel comfortable. My insurance company was no help and I was suffering from minor injuries that progressed over time. Justin helped me with my case and was extremely diligent and caring. Every time I called in for a status, Jessica (the receptionist) was very helpful. Everyone at this place is so kind. My initial fears with contacting a lawyer were the expenses but they do not charge you unless you get a settlement and will not take more than you get. There is nothing to lose while contacting these lawyers.

Harris people took care of my case of auto accident very well. I highly recommend their professionalism and kind regards. 100% satisfied!

I called abt my car accident and they did an intake told me they should be able to help and asked me to come in. Then the next day someone aggressively called and texted me while I was at a dr appointment asking me for pictures. When I sent them, they told me abruptly in a cryptic text message abt how I had limited time but that they couldn’t take my case. The strangest interaction and waste of time. Needless to say I told them it was counter to what they told me yesterday AND that I would not be using them in future or be referring them to anyone. I get you need to think about profitability but there are better ways to communicate that you can’t take a case. Hahah and please don’t patronize me by saying you’re saving me time by being aggressive and abrupt.
