Granted Im happy that my divorce is finalized. But I was extremely disappointed in the service provided to me by Mary Napier. She never communicated or updated me without prompting from me and then I was surely charged for the email conversations just asking for an update. She made multiple mistakes on my divorce decree which in turn lengthened my process to finally get my divorce & my name changed. I had better luck dealing with her paralegal.

Mary Napier is awesome! Going through custody and child support issues is never fun...but Mary made everything so easy. She answered all my questions, even breaking things down for me so I could actually understand..instead of just speaking legal talk. My boyfriend went from a ridiculous visitation schedule to actually being able to be the father he’s always wanted to be. Our little family is extremely thankful for Mary!

Marc Handled my divorce proceedings in a most professional manner. It was a stressful time as I imagine it is for anyone. Whereas everyone's situation is different, for me it was an effort to avoid a nasty and bitter dispute in thought of long term effects it could pose on my children. As angry and frustrated as you can be at times, hence divorce, still I believe you must think clearly with regard to the long term effects a horrible battle can potentially pose on your children. Now many disagreed with me at first other attorneys and family alike, wanting me to seek an aggressive attorney and stance, then be as nice as you want later. Wasn't pleased at all with the representative for this law firm telling me they wouldn't take my case after taking all my information down and saying to me they wouldn't be able to offer me any representation and when I asked why they told me they was in able to disclose the reason

Mary Napier managed my divorce and I was not pleased. Family law is a specialty of the firm and she made many mistakes in the divorce paperwork. Information needed about the children was left out, she sent copies instead of originals - all things I would expect an expert in this area to know. It took 3 weeks to advise me the divorce was final but I found out 3 days after the actual event because I called the court due to lack of interaction with the office. She acted as if she didn't want my case nor deal with me at all. I wouldn't recommend this firm at all, especially if you want an expert.

Mary was awesome to work with...in every way. I probably had the speediest divorce ever and it went so smoothly. She had my paperwork done faster than I ever dreamed and followed through! She worked with me on the financial end as well, you seriously could not ask for more from an attorney. I have recommended her to a friend, who is equally as pleased!
