Attended a trust/ will planning seminar for seniors. Good information was provided.

I don't have anything negative to speak about the quality of service because I did not attend my Free One Hour Consultation. I did not attend because it was a two week window to schedule. Because of the holiday, personal issues, community involvement, doctors appointments, scheduling my deliveries; I simply could meet within that time zone. My advice is to make sure you can do this within your scheduled time. My other suggestion is to make it a longer time period. Say, you have three months to use, because of life styles you may actually loss a potential client. The Best to You!

Attorney Lee is very knowledgeable in her field also very friendly. Makes you feel like she is a good friend and makes you very comfortable and she is very patient with your questions

Finding this law firm was for me an instance of "when the student is ready the teacher appears". I needed to start the estate planning process but didn't know how or where to begin. Attorney Lee's seminar helped me take that first step, and the journey has been a smooth one. At my first visit Attorney Lee sat down across the table and asked "How can I help you?" In the quiet of her office I told my story and asked my questions; and I had a legal page full of questions. Once I decided that this was the team I wanted, a decision I made at that visit, we got to work. Staff have helped me define goals and put into place strategies to meet those goals. When I have questions, the answers are clear and concise. I appreciate especially that wills, trusts and elder law are the areas in which the Lee Law office specializes. Attorney Lee's book was a bonus. The information is presented in small bites, in easily understandable terms, with effective examples. It restates material that she presented in her seminar, and the reinforcement is helpful. Plus it's fun to read. As I read it I felt like I was having a conversation with the author not like I was reading a textbook. I was looking for a guide and was fortunate to find the assistance I needed through the Lee Law Firm.

We are glad that we took the opportunity to attend one of Attorney Lee's seminars. We needed to do our estate planning but felt confused and stressed about how to get started. After attending the seminar we meet with her and felt comfortable with the process right away. No question is turned away and her answers were very helpful. We are now happy to have completed the process and feel good about it. All the staff that we have meet have also been very helpful and pleasant. We are pleased with our experience and highly recommend the Lee Law Office.

This office has sent a yellow post card for their free seminar to my deceased mother almost every week for the past 3.5 years. Honestly it's beyond frustrating. I don't need a weekly reminder that 1. My mom passed away and 2. That it was 3.5 years ago. I've called and asked them to please take us off their mailing list. That didn't work. Also I don't even live in the state of Virginia!
