I don’t recommend Coleman and Coleman to anyone. We are a military family, Bought my house last month (not a first time buyer) so far the worst experience. They were supposed to send some checks to pay some debts that were discussed during closing, they sent the checks to the wrong accounts with the wrong amounts, i am trying to fix all that myself but trying to communicate with them via phone, email is the hardest thing ever. They also didn’t send the check for my home owner insurance and flood insurance and now i have the insurance company sending me notification that the policy will be canceled if they don’t receive the money. Is really frustrated when this is supposed to be a good experience for me and the family but is turning to be a painful experience. If you have the opportunity to ised someone else do it!

They answered the phone proptly and had the info I needed. Very limited contact.

Horrible experience with them. Had a closing with them for a house that I was selling on Friday, November 9 at 9am. It was a holiday weekend and closing on my new home was to be November 13, at 9am. Well, Coleman and Coleman did the closing but chose not to another thing until November 13. Deed was not filed nor were monies disbursed. I went to my closing and couldn't gain access to my new house because of this, all the while the new owners of my old home were already in it. As of 4:30 pm, I was receiving calls from my realtor that the money still had not been wired. This is after I called twice to Coleman and Coleman asking about it and all they kept saying was it because of the holiday weekend, that is a crock there was plenty of time on Friday for this to have been taken care of. They just didn't care about anything but their holiday weekend, even found that the realtors had their money by 2:30 pm that day a full two hours prior to the person selling the home. Poor way to handle the transaction, if they were not going to do it in a timely fashion they shouldn't have scheduled it the Friday before a holiday weekend, which was not my choice at all but the buyers.

These guys are very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Use them for you real estate closing needs!

Horrible! I was the seller and not their client so they were not worried about following thru to ensure that All of the deed work, real estate taxes, etc were handled promptly. The closing occured on a Friday night May 31st for the buyer and not recorded at the courthouse until Tuesday. They did not disburse funds until Wednesday so needless to say I was unable to close on my property I was purchasing. They also owed a refund to me on the Real Estate Taxes (which I had sent them a statement from my mortgage company that it had been paid but they still took it out of closing). I called them 3 times on this situation and I did not get the real estate tax refund until July 18th. Pretty poor company.

Great Real Estate Attorneys office, very focused on getting a deal from Contract to Closing in the most efficient manner possible.
