LT was great explaining everything to my first time home buyer. She was shaking when she got there, but smiling when she finished.

Their receptionist, Christine; is rude. She cut me off in the middle of my sentence And did not allow me to finish saying why I was calling and was going to put me on hold and transfer me to their collections department when I was calling to inquire about getting legal help from an attorney. She was too busy to listen to what I was saying.

Not a client, but a 2nd party to a 2 page quit claim deed a Caplan lawyer drafter. Document had incorrect reference to a deed book. Caplan lawyer emailed me, instead of his client, with a mildly derogatory statement making assumptions about me, a person he never met and knows nothing about. Plus his email was so poorly worded I can't believe he has a legal background. I'm getting ready to conduct two real estate transactions of my own and based on this limited experience would not use them. In fact their actual client told me this would be the only time they use them.

The entire staff at Caplan Law Group was first class. Our closing went flawless and on time. Thank you!
