Worst attorney ever. He will not tell you when you have to show up to court and will ask you and submit your documents too late... That was our case..we miss court twice because of his negligence..and when we asked he said he didn't go because it wasn't in his calendar.. we asked him for all the documents and he simply stopped responding to our emails...but it was too late already so we lost 2k with him...ended up with a different attorney who said he kept getting call after call of other people in our situation who were trying to leave him. Stay away from Richard Triunfo.

Kidnapped kid Richard Trionfo saved my child from being abducted. He is an amazing lawyer and and a good person and I will tell you why. My wife and I are going through a divorce while you were going through a divorce your children cannot be taken out of the state. My wife with my permission took my minor son Alabama to visit family after a four-day visit she returned home to Florida but the family members in Alabama got an illegal order of custody granted to them in alabama not to forget that only the county that the child resides in for 90 days (Hillsborough) and Alabama has no jurisdiction over custody of a Florida resident. According to Florida law it must be decided in the county where the child has resided for the last 90 days. On Halloween of this year this family member that got the Alabama order to abduct my child from a Hillsborough county school, Which is illegal to do o ly florida orders are allowed and it was never verified with law enforcement( yes lawsuits and the assistant principle is now suspended. But because of Richard'decisive actions and quick filing he legally gave law enforcement ro act the law caught up with the family members that abducted my child in Georgia.
