I received the free consultation with Jeanna Vogel. I told her my issue, my case, and the result I was looking for. I only received generalized information and a quote for a $5000 retainer. I do not feel that she cared about me nor my case only that I pay a hefty retainer. I had initially set up the appointment for 12 which I had to reschedule for. The text reminder stated that as long as I called in at the appointment time that I can do a phone consult. The receptionist called me at 12 and I inquired about the phone consult. She then stated I would hv to pay $150 for the phone consult because my appointment was for the face to face consult EVEN THOUGH I told her what the text reminder stated. She did not stand by what the reminder clearly stated. She then stated that if I was 5 mins late that I would have to reschedule. So needless to say I rescheduled for later that day. I was only with the attorney for less than 10 minutes. All of which I had heard general information along with a hefty fee.

I do NOT feel she sympathized with me nor the porposed case, nor do I feel she cared to hear what I had to say. She did not care that hiring an attorney is an investment. She did not show me that she cared for my business nor my money.

The location was 30 mins to 1 hour from my residence and a phone consult would have been easier. She wasted my time AND my gas. Having a phone consult would have been A LOT better.

This is the best and most accurate description of Howard Iken. This lawyer represented my ex-wife for two-year divorce proceedings against me. I thought I had had some exposure to crooked people during my time as a volunteer with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office when I helped take people to jail but I have to admit, the guys we took into custody were small time compared to the level of dishonesty I encountered with this law firm.

From the very first court appearance, Iken started lying to the judge about my personal details. I wanted to take my 7 year old son to France to see his ailing grandfather and Howard Iken told judge Nash that there was a travel advisory from the State Department against going to France. I was able to prove almost immediately that this was a blatant lie and that there had never been such an advisory on the State Department's website but Iken doubled down on his lie.

After having lost that motion against me, his law firm then proceeded to accuse my 7 year old son of being mentally disabled to put my ex-wife in a more advantageous position for her alimony claims. Our son was evidently not mentally disabled but one of Iken's lawyers, Claudia Blackwell, looked judge Nash straight in the eyes and told him our son had a mental disability. They lied about me having hidden assets when they had zero such proof.

They advised my wife to file an injunction for domestic violence against me with zero proof just to get me kicked out of my house. They lost every single motion against me. They extended credit to my wife (she was paying $200/month) in the hope to recover this 'investment' against me. They requested a hearing to seek $92k from me for past and future legal services to my wife. The judge gave them $5k. Immediately after the hearing, they dropped my ex-wife.

As a kicker, they filed a motion againt my ex-wife to put a lien on her house to recover the 25k they had invested in her after allegedly promising her her account had been zeroed out (as per her testimony in court). In retrospect, it is ironic that my vindictive ex-wife met her match with this law firm, it was a match made in hell.

My experience with Krystal Knox was not a good experience at all. On the day of my divorce she was still trying to construct the parenting plan. Throughout the entire process, her concern was money . I would not recommend Krystal Knox to represent anyone in a divorce. She likes to bill for things she didn't do .

I worked with Kristal Knox at Ayo and Iken and my experience has been phenominal. Kristal went above and beyond to make sure everything goes per my expectations. She is thoughtful, knowledgebale, professional, and extremely courteous. She has extremely good knowledge of legal strategies. She was available for me and i had the option to choose any of their office in the Tampa Bay Area for a meeting. Our meetings were at their Tampa office but if i needed any help, she was willing to meet at the Clearwater office as well. This was a huge advantage for me. At one point, we thought our case was over and completed but then i found out i still need the other party, and Kristal worked with me to resolve the issue again. Their fee is reasonable and Kristal worked with me on the fee and the retainer as well to make sure we get everything on time. I was provided a detailed statement at the end of the deal and my brother reviewed it and these are his exact words, "money well spent". I want to thank Kristal, her paralegal Karen, and the Ayo and Iken team. I will recommend them and will definitely return if needed. Thanks Kristal, you are awesome!!

It's sad when the system fails you and the State Attorney can't prove a person is lying with all the guilty evidence. But at least during the DVI case Krystal Knox proved without a reasonable doubt that the person DID commit the crime. If I could roll back time I would put Kristal on the prosecution team to teach them how it's done. Phenomenal job by Kristal Knox! I WILL rehire Kristal Knox again when I need to renew my DVI Case.

I did not get good representation. Every time I've called to speak to my lawyer, she was unavailable and I've never received a call back or response back to any of my emails but I was billed to review the emails I've sent. I did not get good representation during my case. I was billed double the amount of the other party to get negative results. I found myself answering the same question over and over again and being billed for the time. Do your homework and find a different firm. This firm is not worth the money they charge.

My name is John. I have a very difficult case. My wife left me and took our 4 yr old daughter with her out of Florida without telling me where they were or letting me speak or see my daughter for 7 weeks. My wife is only here on a fiancée visa that is expired which makes our case more difficult. I called many attorneys that said they couldn’t take my case. The reason many of these other attorneys said they couldn’t take my case is because my case involved paternity issues, immigration issues, and family law they felt they could not handle.
