I have personal experience with this company concerning lost cashed HOA checks. During the deposition, their representative was so baffled with my evidence he told the recorded to stop recording and stated he needed to 'look into this' and get back to me. Do you think they did?

They certainly appear to not be interested in discovery of the truth. They seem to be more interested in the highest bidder.

As the president and board member of the Wellington Manor Homeowners Association Inc, my fellow board members and I have all attended the Community Association Board Certification Course, hosted by Bush Ross, PA.

Rogue attorneys who manipulate and take advantage of people based on the fact that they know the law really well and use it to their advantage, and are also recognized as supper lawyers. Nothing super about them! They will take advantage of you. OUR HOA FIRED THEM

Most likely, the most despicable unethical law firm I have ever come in contact with. They are the piranhas of the legal world. We are filing a complaint with the Florida State Attorneys office and the Florida Bar Association for all managing attorneys.
