Todd Browning did a wonderful job handling a speeding ticket I received earlier this month that would have resulted in a serious fine and a huge increase of my insurance. I did research and spoke to multiple lawyers in NC that could handle my case and I'm very happy with my decision of having Todd represent me. I was able to directly speak to Todd Browning about my case which was important to me because all of the other offices I contacted I only talked to an assistant. Todd asked lots of questions and seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer and my case. Todd did a very good job communicating the process and necessary steps needed, as well as explain his side of what would happen in court. Unfortunately I recently needed the services of Browning and Long. I received a traffic ticket and although I felt it was unfair, I knew I was going to have to pay it. I had been through a process before and did it on my own but I know things have changed and I just did not want to take any chances. Of course I received numerous advertisements and it was overwhelming knowing who could do what and how to best choose. After reviewing some Google reviews, I placed a call to Browning and Long and was able to speak directly to Todd Browning. He put my mind at ease letting me know exactly what he could do to assist me and that I wouldn't even have to appear in court. He offered to email me the information and there was no pressure. I am so glad I did this. Not only was he able to get the ticket reduced, he was able able to get my fine reduced in order to help me financially. The fee for services and the reduced fine was less than if I had paid the ticket outright and now the ticket will not affect my insurance.
While I hope i do not need their services again, if I do, there is no question as to who I will call.

Browning and Long was recommended to me from a friend who had a great experience with them involving multiple speeding tickets (He likes driving fast cars). My ticket was a simple speeding ticket and I didnt want it to effect my licence or insurance so I gave them a call and they assured me I had nothing to worry about if I put the case in their hands and long story short they got it reduced down to an improper equipment which had no impact on my insurance or licence points. They were very easy to work with, communication was amazing and there fee isnt bad either they charged me $100 to fight the ticket for me. I would definitely work with them again when I catch my next speeding ticket lol.

Worked with attorney Browning remotely with regards to a speeding traffic citation (51mph in a 35mph zone) that my 71 year old father obtained in Charlotte. Browning was very responsive via email and provided a short list of documents that he required, as well as step-by-step procedures on how to obtain them. As an CDL holder, My license is important to my job. I received a Citation that was unjust and the trooper misunderstood the situation. Upon retaining this law firm, they responded in a very timely manner and were very responsive to my E-Mails.
