This place was a blessing to me being disabled! I left out so happy!

My husband and I were both very nervous going into the law office at the Fayetteville location today. We didn't know what to expect. We saw Anita who was so incredibly nice and helpful. She got right to the point and was very blunt, but in a good way. She explained things well and in ways we could understand, she didn't move forward with the conversation unless we were comfortable, and she made us feel secure in our decision moving forward. Anita is also amazing with children! My toddler loved her and she kept him entertained in any way she could during our consultation. I can't recommend her enough!

The operator when she answer the phone was very mean I was trying to help a customer of mind out and she acted like she didn't care I ask her a question and she didn't wanted to answer it. Told me that my customer had to wait. If that is the way you people do business that is very bad I would never tell any of my friends to that lawyer office

I’m not happy with the services that i did not receive that i paid for, why are creditors still coming after me when i paid You guys to get them off my back. Nikki put the icing on the cake in the end. I had to follow up with questions later and she answered everyone; even, having to make more phone calls on my behalf. No one wants to file bankruptcy. Anita was very rude to me, rolled her eyes at me, made faces and disparaging comments to me. I felt very uncomfortable, somewhat attacked. I tried my best to answer her questions when she asked, but I was made to feel like it wasn’t good enough when she repeatedly told me that I was being guarded and that I wasn’t being forthcoming with her. I have nothing to hide. I was trying my best to answer her questions to the best of my knowledge. I’ve never discussed bankruptcy with anyone before so I wasn’t sure what to expect or what type of questions I was going to be asked. She obviously has been doing her job for a long time and was getting impatient with me when I didn’t know how to answer her questions. I tried to ask for clarification so that I could better answer her, but she was quick to brush me off and move on to the next client. My expectations were grossly unmet by Anita. I was hoping to leave with a basic understanding of what bankruptcy is, what it can do for me, and why I should even consider it. Instead I left more confused than ever and hurt by the complete lack of empathy and poor client care that I received here today.

My first review was a 5 star for the very first meeting with Anita. We are finally at the end of our bankruptcy after 3 full years. I believe they misled us in the beginning of our case. We were told we would not have to pay the creditors a dime. Not true. Based on our income we had to pay a certain amount every month to the Trustee through E-pay, which was for the attorney fees in the amount of nearly 6,000. How, they also paid some of the creditors an excess of over 4,000. I was assigned an attorney that handled our file. Whenever I spoke with him on the phone I thought I was talking to a robot! Absolutely no personality and not forthcoming with any information. It was like pulling teeth. So the last two months Of my payments I was unable to make my payments through E-pay and just thought I was finished. I got on the phone to Mr. Personality and asked what happens now that it’s finished. He said I still owed two months. When I said I couldn’t online he said it had to be mailed to the trustee. Really? No one told me that! I would never recommend this firm to anyone!

Nobody wants to be here, but sometimes we have to be. It took a lot for me to take that first step. When I did, I stepped into Anita's office in the Fayetteville office. I won't lie at this time, it was nerve wrecking to be there. Anita, I thank God for using you in this office. You was certainly an answered prayer. I almost got emotional in this office at the level of comfort that I felt very quickly. I appreciate your honesty and outlook.
