Never returns a phone call, never once got to talk to him or ask one question. This is why he must be cheap. I'm done with this attorney, sadly. And I'm gonna have to contact my mortgage comp cause Steve Bunce doesn't show an e-mail address.

Paid $400 July 2018 to have mobile home title fixed, when i call or email to ask about progress all i get is, "No paperwork back yet," excuse. in my opinion when i call/email "Robin," is very short and is annoyed that i asked a question. As a retired disabled veteran, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE use this attorneys office. MOD: 21 Sep 19, been over a year now, ZERO has been done, i can only assume that they have shut down, this is the 21st century, all calls are local, text messages exist, email, and even USPS are functioning but i have ZERO correspondence from this business, i feel i was robbed of $400. In my opinion this is not a reputable business.

Used Steve for our real estate transaction...I would warn anyone that wants to understand the documents they are signing and have an office that actually understands and works for the person paying the bill. This office has only gotten back to us for documents at the last seconds possible. Literally waiting until the last hour to send us the documents to sign. The town we were in didn't have a FedEx to send the documents we signed back and instead of being helpful, their response was "well find a FedEx or pay out of pocket (even though we already paid for this specific expenditure in their bill)". Not professional or a responsible answer for a service we are paying for. On top of that they seem to lose documents since they have repeatedly sent the same ones for us to sign after we've already filled them out and sent them in....bottom line, use a different professional closing attorney.

During the transfer of a property the signing was brought to light a few issues with this office. First and foremost the perception that all Steve Bunce is looking for is the revenue from the paperwork his office does. No matter how good or bad your dealing with them is. For my transfer we showed up and stood in the waiting area for 5 minutes while the receptionist chatted with a friend of hers that was picking up paperwork. It wasn't until someone else walking through noticed us. Once in the meeting room to start the signing she wasn't exactly sure who each of us were.... even though there was myself and the other party on the paperwork she had in her hand. When we asked her about a tax question she just looked at us confused and unsure. The best part of the signing was when it was realized by the representative from Steve Bunce's office that my wife needed to be there to sign as well. When I explained that she was at work and she couldn't just leave and show up here it was beyond her scope of understanding. I asked "why wasn't this brought up that she needed to be there" she said that we should have known. Then retracted when we went through in emails what we were told to bring and who needed to sign. I then asked for the rep I'd dealt with on the phone to explain why we weren't told who needed to be there for the signing and was told "she was busy and to just continue signing". I then asked for Steve Bunce to come in. After being told that he was busy she then left and between myself and the transferring party we discussed how disorganized this operation had been thus far. Steve Bunce then came in to which I said "hello if could you sit down and talk with us about why we weren't told about everyone who needed to be here". His response was that he would not sit down because he was too busy for us. I said well your office had made a bit of a mistake and if these papers need to be signed I would like someone from your office to take them (10min away) to the person who's signature is needed to complete this transaction so we can be done. He then told us that would take away from work that needed to be done at the office. My favorite quote from him was "we make mistakes all the time, and if we had to take time fixing them we wouldn't get any work done". We sat astonished at that and laughed that he actually said that. The transaction was completed the next day when my wife went down before work to sign. Overall I would not recommend Steve Bunce's office for any potential lawyer or real estate needs. Their interaction with me was not professional and it was clear they could careless what you think of them after you sign... because they've already made their money.
